When you use the AI-powered services provided by MissionMind ("AI Products"), you warrant that you will comply with this document, our Legal Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing AI. Your usage of our AI Products signifies your agreement to engage with our platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner that respects the rights and dignity of all individuals. If you do not agree with these Legal Terms, please refrain from using our Services. Your continued use of our Services implies acceptance of these Legal Terms.

AI-powered features are subject to usage limits as described in our Terms of Service.

1. RESPONSIBLE USE OF AI

When using our AI Products, you agree to:

• Use the AI Products only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the AI Products to generate, create, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Not use the AI Products to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Not use the AI Products to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the AI Products or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the AI Products
• Not use the AI Products to collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the AI Products for any purpose other than that for which we make the AI Products available. The AI Products may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Specifically, you are prohibited from:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the AI Products to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us
• Making any unauthorized use of the AI Products, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses
• Using a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the AI Products
• Using the AI Products to advertise or offer to sell goods and services
• Selling or otherwise transferring your profile
• Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the AI Products
• Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords
• Making improper use of our support services or submitting false reports of abuse or misconduct
• Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools
• Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the AI Products or the networks or services connected to the AI Products
• Attempting to impersonate another user or person or using the username of another user
• Selling or otherwise transferring your profile
• Using any information obtained from the AI Products in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Using the AI Products as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise using the AI Products and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise
• Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the AI Products
• Attempting to bypass any measures of the AI Products designed to prevent or restrict access to the AI Products, or any portion of the AI Products
• Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the AI Products to you
• Deleting the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content
• Copying or adapting the AI Products' software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code
• Uploading or transmitting (or attempting to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the AI Products or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the AI Products
• Uploading or transmitting (or attempting to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats ("gifs"), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as "spyware" or "passive collection mechanisms" or "pcms")
• Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, using, launching, developing, or distributing any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the AI Products, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software
• Disparaging, tarnishing, or otherwise harming, in our opinion, us and/or the AI Products
• Using the AI Products in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations

3. AI-SPECIFIC GUIDELINES

3.1 Content Generation

You agree not to use the AI Products to generate content that:

• Promotes illegal activities or substances
• Contains sexually explicit material or pornography
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Violates intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Is intended to deceive or mislead others
• Contains personal information of others without consent

3.2 Fitness and Health Content

Given that Lifterly is a fitness application, you specifically agree not to use the AI Products to:

• Generate workout plans that could cause physical harm or injury
• Request or share medical advice that should be provided by qualified healthcare professionals
• Create content that promotes dangerous or extreme fitness practices without proper warnings
• Use AI-generated fitness advice as a substitute for professional medical consultation

4. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor your use of the AI Products to ensure compliance with this Policy
• Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this Policy
• Remove or disable access to any content that violates this Policy
• Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the AI Products for any violation of this Policy
• Report any illegal activity to law enforcement authorities

5. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately to us at contact@lifterly.com.

6. MODIFICATIONS

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time by updating this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you. Your continued use of the AI Products after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
