Make every rep count.
- 01
Set up in a strong high-plank (top of a push-up) with hands under shoulders and feet slightly wider than shoulder-width for stability.
- 02
Brace your core and glutes so your hips stay level—avoid rocking side to side.
- 03
Shift your weight slightly, then lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder with control.
- 04
Place that hand back down softly, re-stabilize, then repeat on the other side.
- 05
Continue alternating for the prescribed reps, keeping your neck neutral and your body in a straight line.
