Make every rep count.
- 01
Grab two dumbbells and stand tall with feet about shoulder-width apart. Let your arms hang at your sides.
- 02
Hold the dumbbells with a pronated grip (palms facing down) and keep your wrists straight.
- 03
Take a deep breath, brace your core, and curl the weights up toward your shoulders by bending your elbows. Keep your upper arms pinned to your sides—don’t swing or lean back.
- 04
Pause briefly at the top when your elbows are fully flexed.
- 05
Lower slowly and under control back to the start until your arms are straight.
- 06
Repeat for the prescribed reps.
