Make every rep count.
- 01
Set both pulleys high and attach a single-handle to each side. Choose a load you can control without leaning or swinging.
- 02
Stand centered between the stacks, feet about shoulder-width. Grab the handles with an underhand (palms-up) grip and extend your arms out to the sides so there’s steady tension on the cables.
- 03
Brace your core, keep your chest up, and pin your upper arms in place (don’t let your shoulders roll forward).
- 04
Curl the handles in toward your shoulders, squeezing your biceps at the top. Keep wrists neutral—don’t bend them back.
- 05
Hold briefly, then lower slowly until your arms are straight again, maintaining control and tension.
- 06
Repeat for your target reps, keeping the movement smooth and strict—no body sway.
