Make every rep count.
- 01
Set a low pulley on the cable machine and clip on an ankle strap.
- 02
Stand side-on to the stack and attach the strap to the inside leg (closest to the machine). Hold the frame or a stable support for balance.
- 03
Start tall with your core braced, hips square, and your support foot planted. Keep a slight bend in the standing knee.
- 04
With the strapped leg mostly straight and toes pointing forward, sweep your leg across your body until your ankle passes the other leg. Don’t lean—let your inner thigh do the work.
- 05
Pause briefly at the end range, then slowly return to the start under control, resisting the cable’s pull.
- 06
Complete your reps, then switch sides.
