Make every rep count.
- 01
Stand with feet shoulder-width, toes slightly out, and grip the bar just wider than shoulder-width.
- 02
Brace your core and keep your chest up and back flat.
- 03
Make a small dip into the power position (soft knees, hips back slightly) and let the bar slide down your thighs—keep it close to your body.
- 04
Explode upward by driving through the floor (a quick jump), then shrug hard.
- 05
Immediately pull your elbows up and out so they finish higher than your hands; keep the bar traveling straight up your torso.
- 06
Lower the bar under control, reset your stance and posture, and repeat for your reps.
