Make every rep count.
- 01
Stand tall with feet about shoulder-width apart, a kettlebell in each hand.
- 02
Clean both bells to the front rack (handles in your palms, bells resting on your forearms), elbows close and ribs down.
- 03
Take a controlled step out to the side. Keep the stepping leg bending and your hips sitting back, while the other leg stays straight with the foot planted.
- 04
Descend until the bent-leg thigh is roughly parallel to the floor (or as low as your mobility allows) while keeping your chest proud and knee tracking over toes.
- 05
Push the floor away through the bent leg’s heel/midfoot to stand up and return to your start position.
- 06
Reset your stance and posture, then repeat for your reps before switching sides (if programmed).
