Make every rep count.

  1. 01

Set up under the bar with a wide snatch grip. Unrack it from your back and push press it to a locked-out position overhead.

  2. 02

Stand tall with feet about shoulder-width, arms straight, shoulders active (push up into the bar), and core braced.

  3. 03

Take a deep breath, then squat straight down by bending the knees while sending the hips slightly back—keep your chest up and the bar stacked over your mid-foot.

  4. 04

Descend until your thighs reach parallel (or as low as you can with good form). Keep knees tracking over toes and heels planted.

  5. 05

Reverse smoothly: drive through the floor, stay tight through your abs and upper back, and keep the bar steady overhead.

  6. 06

Stand to full hip and knee extension, then exhale at the top while maintaining control of the bar.
