Make every rep count.
- 01
Start on all fours with hands directly under shoulders, knees under hips, and toes tucked.
- 02
Step one leg back at a time into a strong plank: legs straight, core braced, glutes tight, and head neutral (eyes on the floor slightly in front of you).
- 03
Inhale and lower with control: pull your shoulder blades slightly back and down, then bend your elbows. Keep your body in a straight line—don’t let hips sag or pike.
- 04
Lower until your upper arms are about parallel to the floor or your chest gently touches down (no bouncing).
- 05
Exhale and press up: drive your palms into the floor, straighten your elbows, and keep shoulders stacked over wrists at the top.
- 06
Repeat for your target reps, keeping each rep smooth and controlled.
