Make every rep count.
- 01
Load the sled with an appropriate weight and make sure the area in front of you is clear.
- 02
Grab the handles, brace your core, and lean your body into the sled at about a 45° angle. Keep your arms straight (elbows locked but not hyperextended) and your back flat.
- 03
Start pushing by driving through one leg: extend the hip and knee to move the sled forward.
- 04
Alternate legs with short, powerful steps, keeping your feet under your hips and your torso angle consistent.
- 05
Continue until you hit your target steps, distance, or time—stay controlled and avoid rounding your lower back.
