Make every rep count.

  1. 01

Set both cable pulleys at shoulder height (or slightly above) and choose a weight you can control.

  2. 02

Grab the handles with a neutral grip (palms facing in) and step forward into a split stance for stability. Brace your core and keep your chest tall.

  3. 03

With a slight bend in your elbows (don’t lock them out), bring the handles together in front of your mid‑chest, squeezing your pecs.

  4. 04

Slowly reverse the motion, letting your arms open wide under control until you feel a comfortable chest stretch. Keep the movement at the shoulders—don’t turn it into an elbow press.

  5. 05

Drive the handles back together at chest height, exhaling as you squeeze, then repeat for your target reps.

  6. 06

Form tips: Keep shoulders down and back, avoid leaning or shrugging, and stop the stretch before your shoulders roll forward.
