Make every rep count.
- 01
Use a sturdy step/block and grab a wall or railing lightly for balance.
- 02
Place the balls of your feet on the edge with your feet hip-width apart; let your heels sink down until you feel a comfortable stretch in your calves. Keep your knees straight but not locked.
- 03
Press through the balls of your feet to lift your heels as high as you can, standing tall and keeping your weight even (don’t roll your ankles in or out).
- 04
Pause briefly at the top and squeeze your calves.
- 05
Lower slowly back down under control to the stretched position.
- 06
Don’t relax at the bottom—move smoothly into the next rep and repeat for your target reps.
