Make every rep count.
- 01
Hold two kettlebells (one in each hand) with your arms long at your sides. Stand tall and brace your core.
- 02
Shift your weight onto one leg and soften (slightly bend) that knee. Lift the other foot off the floor behind you.
- 03
Keeping your back flat and shoulders packed, hinge at the hip of the standing leg. Let your free leg reach back as a counterbalance.
- 04
Lower until your torso is close to parallel with the floor, keeping the kettlebells close to your legs—don’t let them swing or drift forward.
- 05
Pause briefly with control, then drive your standing foot into the floor and extend your hip to return to standing. Keep your hips square.
- 06
Regain balance, reset your posture, and repeat for your reps before switching sides.
