Make every rep count.
- 01
Secure your feet in the pads and position your hips on the support so you can hinge freely. Start with your torso angled down (about 45°) and your spine neutral.
- 02
Cross your arms over your chest and brace your core. Keep your neck in line with your spine (eyes down a few feet in front of you).
- 03
Initiate the lift by squeezing your glutes and driving your hips forward—think “hips extend,” not “lower back arch.”
- 04
Rise until your body forms a straight line from head to heels. Pause briefly, then lower back down under control to the start.
- 05
Repeat for the prescribed reps, keeping the movement smooth and controlled throughout.
