Make every rep count.
- 01
Lie on your back and let both knees fall to one side, stacked and relaxed. Keep your hips and knees together.
- 02
Place the top-side hand (opposite the direction your knees are facing) lightly behind your head to support your neck—don’t pull on it. Rest the other hand on your abs to feel them working.
- 03
Exhale and crunch up by tightening your obliques, lifting your shoulder blades slightly off the floor. Keep your elbows open and your chin gently tucked.
- 04
Pause briefly at the top, then lower down slowly with control until your shoulders touch the floor.
- 05
Complete all reps, then switch your knees to the other side and repeat.
- 06
Form cues: Move from your ribs/waist, not by yanking your neck. Keep it small and controlled—quality over height.
