Make every rep count.
- 01
Lie on your side with your forearm on the floor (elbow stacked directly under your shoulder) and legs extended.
- 02
Press the forearm down, lift your hips, and hold a strong line from shoulders → hips → ankles. Keep your neck neutral and chest open.
- 03
With control, lower your hips toward the floor without collapsing your shoulder or rotating your torso.
- 04
Drive your hips back up to the straight-body plank position and repeat.
- 05
Complete all reps, then switch sides.
- 06
Form cues: Keep your core braced, glutes engaged, and hips stacked; avoid shrugging into the shoulder.
