Make every rep count.
- 01
Set the cable to about upper‑chest/face height and grab the rope with an overhand (pronated) grip.
- 02
Step back to create tension and take a split stance for stability. Start with arms straight out in front and shoulders down.
- 03
Inhale, then pull the rope toward your face, leading with elbows high and out (aim to bring your hands to either side of your cheeks).
- 04
Pause briefly, squeezing your upper back and rear delts—avoid shrugging or arching your lower back.
- 05
Slowly return to the start under control and repeat for the prescribed reps, keeping tension on the cable throughout.
