Make every rep count.
- 01
Grab two kettlebells of an appropriate weight and step into a clear space with feet about hip-width apart.
- 02
Stand tall, brace your core, and keep your shoulders down and back. Let the bells hang by your sides with a neutral grip (palms facing in) and a slight bend in your elbows.
- 03
Inhale to brace, then lift your arms out to the sides until the kettlebells reach shoulder height. Keep your wrists neutral and avoid shrugging—think “lead with the elbows.”
- 04
Pause briefly at the top, then lower slowly back to your sides with control.
- 05
Repeat for your target reps, keeping your torso still (no swinging or leaning).
