Make every rep count.

  1. 01

Stand tall with feet about shoulder-width apart, knees softly bent. Grab a pair of dumbbells.

  2. 02

Bring the dumbbells up to shoulder height and rotate so your palms face you. The weights should sit in front of your shoulders. Brace your core and keep your back neutral.

  3. 03

Press the dumbbells overhead in a smooth motion, rotating your wrists as you go so your palms face forward at the top.

  4. 04

Finish with arms almost straight (don’t aggressively lock out), keeping your ribs down and shoulders controlled.

  5. 05

Immediately lower back to shoulder level, reversing the rotation until your palms face you again.

  6. 06

Repeat for reps, moving with control—avoid leaning back or shrugging your shoulders.
