Make every rep count.

  1. 01

Set both cable pulleys to chest height and attach handles.

  2. 02

Stand centered between the stacks. Reach across to grab the opposite handle in each hand using a neutral (thumbs-up) grip.

  3. 03

Step back until there’s light tension. Extend your arms straight in front of you at chest level, knees softly bent, torso tall, and core braced.

  4. 04

With a slight bend in the elbows, sweep your arms out to the sides in a wide arc until your hands line up with your shoulders. Keep shoulders down and relaxed—don’t over-pinch the shoulder blades.

  5. 05

Pause briefly, then return slowly to the start with control, letting the cables pull your arms forward without losing posture.

  6. 06

    Repeat for the prescribed reps.
