Make every rep count.
- 01
Stand tall with feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your thighs with palms facing down.
- 02
Take a breath in and brace your core. With a slight bend in your elbows, lift both arms straight out in front of you in a smooth, controlled motion.
- 03
Stop when the dumbbells reach shoulder height (arms roughly parallel to the floor). Avoid leaning back or swinging.
- 04
Lower slowly back to the start while staying upright and keeping tension in your shoulders.
- 05
Repeat for your target reps, keeping every rep controlled.
