Make every rep count.
- 01
Set a cable pulley high and clip on a wide-grip handle/bar.
- 02
Stand tall facing the stack, feet about hip-width. Grab the handle overhand (palms down) around shoulder width.
- 03
Step back to create tension and hinge forward slightly at the hips. Brace your core, keep your chest up, and let your arms reach forward with a small bend in the elbows (don’t lock them out or turn it into a triceps move).
- 04
Start the rep by pulling your shoulder blades down and back (avoid shrugging), then drive your straight arms down by extending at the shoulders.
- 05
Pull the handle down to your upper thighs, squeezing your lats at the bottom without leaning back or swinging.
- 06
Control the return as the handle rises back to the start—keep tension and the same torso angle throughout.
- 07
Repeat for the prescribed reps.
