AI personal trainer
A coach in your corner,
between every set.
Machine taken? Twenty minutes less than planned? A tired shoulder? Ask Lifterly’s AI coach, by voice or text. It reads the workout you’re in and your training history, answers in a few lines, and changes the session for you when you agree.

How it works
Ask.
It adapts the plan.
- 01
Ask in your own words
“The bench is taken.” “I only have 30 minutes.” “Plan my warm-up.” Type it, or hold the microphone and say it.
- 02
It reads your session
The coach sees the workout you’re in, your recent sessions and your results on each exercise, so its answer fits today, not an average lifter.
- 03
The change lands in your workout
When it suggests a swap or a new set scheme, it applies it to your current session. You keep logging where you were.
It learns how you train
Tell it once. It remembers.
Mention a knee that doesn’t like lunges, a home gym with dumbbells up to 24 kg, or that you hate burpees: the coach keeps a coaching profile of your injuries, equipment, likes, dislikes, goals and preferred coaching style, and the planner reads it too. One-off requests stay one-off.
Exercises you never want to see again can be banned from the workout screen with “Don’t recommend”. The AI won’t suggest them anymore, and you can bring them back anytime.

After the last set
A recap that tells you what it meant.
When you finish, ask for your session recap: a short word from your coach on what went well, where you moved forward compared with last time, and what to aim for next. It reads the numbers you logged, so you don’t have to.
And when you want to build a session from scratch, the same coach generates it from your goal, equipment and recent results, in the AI workout planner.
What it is, and isn’t
A training partner, not a doctor.
The coach is an AI. It doesn’t watch your form through the camera, and it can’t diagnose an injury: for pain, it tells you to see a professional and leaves out the exercises you say hurt. It also can’t make you show up. That part is still yours.
To answer, Lifterly sends your question, your profile and your training data to its AI provider (OpenAI), only after you agree. You can stop sharing at any time in Settings.

Questions
A few things worth knowing.
Can an AI personal trainer replace a human coach?
For planning sessions, adjusting them on the fly and keeping you consistent, it covers a lot, at any hour. It doesn’t see your technique and can’t assess an injury: if you’re learning a complex lift or coming back from pain, a qualified human coach is worth it.
Is the Lifterly AI coach free?
The coach is part of Lifterly Pro. Logging, planning by hand and Apple Watch tracking are free. You’ll find the current plans in the app.
Does it know my previous workouts?
Yes. It reads your recent sessions and your results on each exercise, plus what it learned about you in earlier conversations, so it can set weights from what you actually lifted.
Can it change my workout while I’m training?
Yes. Ask it to swap an exercise, shorten the session or change the sets, and the change is applied to the workout you’re in.
Keep exploring.
